Era auto shipping is the worst company ever. Do not do business with them. They lie and give you the run around. I have worked with 3 people William and 2 other agents (they actually don’t use their real names either) who all promised me my car would be shipped that day. It’s been 13 days and still nothing.
When I asked for the website they refused to give it to me because they said “we can’t have a bad review or we’d lose commission” then they hung up on me.
If a company is going to promise me on 3 different occasions my car would be shipped the same day that’s what I expect. I’d they couldn’t see that through…just let me know.
