We apologize for inconvience . mr.Rasmussen I am familiar with this order we we're suppose to pick up on 8/11 but truck company had mechanical problems . We offered to find someone else but u refused to allow us to find another company. Note that 8/12 was pick up date.Since u demanded your money back as you wrote in your review. Your case has already been sent on 8/13 to billing for a refund in which by contract we have 5-7 days to return your deposit.We apologize for inconvience and I hope you can write a review when you are refunded your deposit.
