DO JOT USE EVER!!!changed payment schedule same day as pickup...which was late

I was told when I made the reservation that it was $140 due the driver at drop off and $172 would be debited out of my account when the car was picked up between July 5th and 10th, they didn't pick up the car until yesterday afternoon (the 14th) and that's when they changed it to $22 out if my account and $290 due the driver, the emailed me and let me know the driver had finally been assigned, but didn't mention the financial plan change.....well I'm in la grande right now (about 350 miles away from the drop off location) and I only left the $140 with my friend who was meeting the driver at the auto shop it was headed to. both phone numbers listed on the website go to the same automated system that has 2 options, listen to a recording of FAQ or go back to the main menu, nothing i could do to talk to a person. i ended up emailing the address my email confirmation came with to try to get contact. the representative was ignorant, couldn't figure out why i was mad that the payment had been switched less than 6 hours before the pick up and less than 24 hours before drop off! he said i had a whole day to deal with it! i was livid! not only was the car picked up 4 to 9 days after promised, they changed plans on me and thought i was crazy for being upset! The car moving company apparently contracts out the jobs so the driver was as irritated as I am. Easy Car move was the most irritating company and i WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WARN EVERYONE NOT TOO!!! if the car had been delivered by the 13th ( giving them 3 days to drive 300 miles assuming the car was picked up on the 10th at the latest) i would have been in town to deal with this, however i have a job and can't wait around for a company that isn't trustworthy!

I Have made contact with the Better Business Bureau and am filing a report with the attorney general, this is NOT Acceptable business practice
