Autotransport company which I would NEVER recommend

Regretfully it was a total waste of time, inconvenience, and very inconsiderate of what the customers have to lose.

I spoke with a gentleman when I first called. He promised on-time delivery and told me that they needed a 5 day window to pick-up. I was asked to book the transport via their website which I did at the beginning of June. My vehicle was supposed to be picked up on 25 June. I received a prompt email informing me that the pick up window was 25-29 June and the vehicle pick up was ONTIME. I left the car with a friend of mine, expecting that it would be picked up and left for KS. Meanwhile, I tried to reach someone at this company via phone, but I could never get anyone answer the phone once. The car was never picked up and I was never informed that there was a problem or delay or they are trying or something. I was concerned and tried to call on 2 July (3 days past last day of the pick-up window)....again no answer. I sent an email informing them about my intent to cancel if I do not receive a response from them. Then I received the following email from them after wasting my precious time and without an explanation or regrets for not being able to transport my car. I understand the unexpected problems and unanticipated delays etc., but I can not understand why a business leaves its customers in the dark without communicating. Since someone included a link to leave my feedback, I felt that it was necessary to share my experience with this company. So here I go.
