I would agree with the previous review. This is a two person operation. Maria, the secretary and co-owner, is the most irrational and abrasive person I have dealt with. They were three days late picking it up because of a mechanical issue. They could no decide the actual pickup time until the moment they were out front. He loaded the car on a busy state road. The lady was very argumentative and continually told me she has one hundred percent customer service. I am not having problems with my steering, which was not the case before it was transported. The experience was one BIG MISTAKE!!
