Honest, upfront about trying to get a lower price and then when no takers (I guess the brokers post a bid on the drivers' marketplace), we agreed to raise the bid. I ended up paying exactly what the initial quote was - $900. On time delivery, proof of carrier's insurance coverage provided. No bait & switch.
