This is my third time writing this review because Duo-Fast had it taken down the first time saying we were not a true customer, but indeed we were. I have sent a copy of my credit card statement showing that they charged us to transport reviews twice now, but they have failed to reinstate my review. Duo-Fast never performed. Our credit card was billed $104.95 on 4/6/12 in preparation for an April 10 pick-up.

I finally was contacted by Duo-Fast on 4/17 saying they had found us a driver, but that the driver wanted $800 cash on the other end, when we had previously been told that we were to give Duo-Fast a $100 deposit and then pay the driver $650 on the other end. When I questioned this large jump in price, the dispatcher Robert Grey told me that none of the carriers would do this route for a total price of $750 (meaning the drivers would get $650). He said no carrier would do it for less than an $800 payment to them, which would mean a total cost of $900 to ship the car - $150 more than our original quote. When I questioned why they quoted us $750 in the first place then, he said that those quotes are computer generated and really don't mean anything. This is bull shit. It's a total case of bait and switch. Offer one price in a quote to reel the customer in and then after having them wait a full week past the original pick-up date, tell them it will cost them an additional $150 to move the car. No way. I spoke to the manager, Wesley Davis, and he also told me that no carrier would do the route for less than $800 payment to them. They repeatedly asked me if I wanted to go ahead and have the car picked up for the higher price, I told them that I would much rather go with a company who gave me an honest quote in the first place. I then went with Total Car Shipping and they found me a driver within a day. The company who hosts this review took my review down the first time because Duo-Fast told them I was not a real customer and never got beyond the quote process, but that is a total lie. They billed my credit card $104.95 on April 6, 2012. I sent in a copy of my credit card statement to prove this, but my review has not been reinstated yet. I will write a new one every day until it is left up.
