Straight forward and informative on the first call. We set a pickup date of 5/1/12, Robert called on 4/25/12 to say they wanted to pickup my van today because he wasn't sure about a truck being around on 5/1. Loaded today, will be in TN. tomorrow. No low ball email quote to jack you up when they have you on the phone. That is not the case with a lot of other transporters.
