I was told my credit card would not be charged till a carrier was assigned. Received contract and stated this in the agreement while crossing their langugage out. Their contract also states it can take up to 30 business days to recredit my account.
I called everyday asking them if a carrier had been found. I was constantly told not to worry.
When the day came and passed I decided to check my cedit card and saw I was charged the same day I faxed the contract. After numerios phone calls they tell me my car can be picked up for $$125.00 more than the quote. I refuse. They call back again and I agree to pay an additional
$75.00 . Car is picked up Saturday evening. I am flying Monday morning to Floriida.
Car is delivered Thursday afternoon.
This whole experience with the broker was a nightmare.
