We would like to offer a response to this post. Seems that all the details as why these complications have risen was not included. This particular route has been difficult because there are not many drivers heading in that direction. There was also a complication with some misunderstanding between the person responsible at the pick up location. Yes it has taken long but it was failed to mention in this post that we did have a driver to pick up but there was an issue with the car being available, which ended up being a misunderstanding. In other words, there have been external situations that are out of our control that have contributed to the entire delay. At Duo Fast we strive to do the best that we can. Id like to offer an apology for the inconvenience. Apart from any complication it does not change the fact that our customer is upset and that is not what we want. Its very frustrating for all parties involved, but our main concern is the customer. We are currently working diligently in trying to resolve this situation. Sometimes transports do not go as smooth as planned and it does not mean its anyone's fault in particular. Our apologies.
