Used Dumbo for a move in Manhattan. They broke a lamp and completely cracked a dining table. They offered a tiny amount of compensation for the broken table, not even close to enough to replace it. Movers had to constantly be reminded to wear masks.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! WORTHLESS. They showed up the morning of our move with a FULL TRUCK. It is common sense that a truck should be empty to take furniture from point A to B- especially when they require you to itemize ahead of time for payment.

absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Dumbo Movers. it took them 3 separate crews to move a STUDIO apartment... 4 blocks away! the movers complained that they were tired and made it seem like I kept adding more to the job as they got lazier and lazier.
