DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! WORTHLESS. They showed up the morning of our move with a FULL TRUCK. It is common sense that a truck should be empty to take furniture from point A to B- especially when they require you to itemize ahead of time for payment. THEY WERE TRYING TO SQUEEZE OUR EXPENSIVE FURNITURE INTO THE TRUCK, JAMMING IT EVERY WHICH WAY SO IT WOULD FIT, INVITING DAMAGE. When we called sales/corporate they were wildly UNAPOLOGETIC, UNCOMMUNICATIVE, and UNHELPFUL. They were dodging our calls and refused us updates They did not send another truck for 5 HOURS- having no regard for our time and responsibilities for the day. Management couldn't have cared any less. WORST MOVE EXPERIENCE OF ALL TIME. IF YOU DO NOT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU- FIND ANOTHER COMPANY.
