I had been in contact with David Jenkins to get my car transported. My car was supposed to be picked up in Miami and was never picked up. When I called to enquire about the pick up time no one answered the phone. When I finally did get in touch with David he was rude. I simply inquired as to why my car had not been picked up yet and he replied by saying "Do you want your car picked up yes or no?" When I tried to reply, he threatened me that he would hang up the phone which he then actually did hang up the phone and never answered his phone for day. Very poor customer service. I have never been spoken to like that before.
