I was given the transport contacts number. I thought they were going to pick up the car on Monday. I did not get a call so I called him. I was told they would pick up the car on Friday. They did arrive on Friday and delivered the car on Sat!
The car was in good shape and we were allowed to put a few items in the trunk.
This is the first time we have shipped a car so we would have liked a little more information.
Overall our experience was good and the price was very competitive.
