Overall I was happy with Door to Door. I got quotes from about a half-dozen companies, and theirs was among the lowest. I contacted them on Wednesday and asked if they would be able to ship my car from the DC area to Raleigh, NC that weekend. Due to a holdup with the paperwork, I had to wait until Friday to officially confirm the pickup. They were very accessible and responsive the first couple of days.

The one complaint I would have is that, on the day before the pickup, when I was calling to confirm, I could not get them to answer or call back all afternoon, and I became very concerned that they had not been able to find a driver and would not be calling me back. However, they did call that night and confirmed the pickup for the next day.

The driver at first said he would deliver the car Sunday or Monday. When I told him that I had arranged the shipment with the understanding that I should be able to receive the car that weekend, he went ahead and delivered it that evening (Saturday).

Fast delivery on fairly short notice, reasonable price, (mostly) responsive customer service, and the car was delivered on schedule.
