Look no further!
I had no real leads to go on when selecting a hauler for a car purchased across the US. Well, one name came from a friend and the quote from that company was $300 higher that the lower bids I received from the on-line query for 7 bids. Kelly with Door to Door Transport was the first representative to contact me (within 15 minutes) so I was naturally hesitant to make a move because I hadn't yet fielded enough quotes. Two days later and a handful of conversations with Kelly and his staff, I decided to go with Door to Door. Oh, did I mention that Kelly was able to offer me a lower price by $50 since the shipment was ready and waiting for my vehicle.
So, due to bank delays my vehicle was not ready for 2 additional days and required several contact calls with the Seller to confirm readiness. Both Kelly and the Driver contacted the Seller and professionally interacted with him to check on the vehicle's availability. On Saturday the vehicle was picked up and three days later (Tuesday morning) a big, red, state-of-the-art transporter showed up on my street with my vehicle in perfect condition. The driver was polite and well spoken and in good cheer for having just made very short work of 2000 miles (father-son team). The driver promptly produced the checksheet made-up at the time of loading in Florida and the vehicle was cleared within 15 minutes and the truck exited as smoothly as it came in. If you're in need of a hauler, I would strongly recommend calling Door to Door and letting them give you a bid. They went the extra mile for me and never once asked for an additional penny!
