My Ford Escape sustained $270.00 worth of damage during transport from Virginia Beach, Vi. to Placentia, Ca.
The car arrived here on October 18th, 2021 with damage to the passenger side trim plates. The transport company Happee Auto Transport was immediately informed prior to the vechicle being unloaded of the damages. Neither Door to Door Transport who I contracted with nor Happee Auto Transport have reimbursement for the damages even after stating they would. I paid in good faith $1495.00 to transport the vechile and neither party will reimburse me for these damages.
