I contacted Mikela at Door to Door transport after being burned by two previous brokers. Mikela explained the process and told me how it all worked. Wish I had known this from the beginning as it would have saved me some headache. Mikela told me to give her a few days and she would have a driver for me. She delivered on her promise. She called me back with the drivers name and the dispatchers name. My bike was picked up on Thursday from Escondido CA and it was delivered on Sunday. Quick turn around, constant contact, and a fair price. I will definitely use them again! I couldn't ask for a better service.
