I am writing this note to say THANK YOU to Roy.
Of course it is easy to say thank you when everything goes perfectly. Perhaps it's most meaningful to be able to say thank you when things don't go off as planned and you get to see the true character of the company and people you are dealing with.
I got three quotes to transport our car from Tampa, Florida to Midvale, Utah. Door to Door was the least expensive and I decided to ship with them. While the car was in transit, the transport truck broke down which delayed the delivery. The day before our car was to be delivered, I was notified that the back window glass had been accidentally broken out. Not only did Roy arrange to have the broken glass replaced within 24 hours at no expense to us, he waived his usual broker fee for the shipment of my car.
I get the distinct feeling that he went above and beyond what was required for us.
