I was screwed by a company that I had originally hired to transport my full-sized van, leaving me in a bind. Mikela was so friendly and knowledgeable, and talked me through the entire process, answering all of my questions honestly. She was able to get my oversized van to me in very quickly and efficiently. The lesson here is you get what you paid for. The first company gave me a low quote, and ended up causing me a whole lot of grief and headache. Door-to-Door's quote was higher, but the service was impeccable. Thank you!
