Anthony was very helpful, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would give him an excellent rating.
The dispatcher, I never got her name, was also very helpful, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would also give her an excellent rating.
The driver was a little hard to understand and could have kept in better contact. Example: He could have called when he was about an hour away, and then 30 minutes away, and then ten minutes away, and maybe stayed on the phone until he got here. Maybe too much for some but it would have been better for me. He also could have waited for me before taking the car off the truck. On a positive note he was very friendly and easy to get along with.
I was very happy with the whole process and would definitely recommend Door to Door Transport to others and use then again. The whole process was competitively priced, handled very quickly, and the car got here without a scratch. Almost perfect. A better rating would be more like 9 out of 10 stars.
