I was shipping my car to a family member during the winter (February). The quote I received was comparable to other companies, but I chose Door to Door because of the high percentage of 5 star reviews. I also read the negative reviews, which were few and seemed to me to be due to unreasonable expectations. Any delays were due to snowstorms and related bad weather conditions, and I expected that. There were no unexpected or hidden fees. I was not charged the broker's commission until they found a driver. Both JR and the driver (Dmytro Prdiy) answered all my questions, and were courteous, responsive, and professional. When we had a family emergency and had to change our availability date, JR was very helpful. The car arrived safely, and I was very happy with their service. If I ever have to ship a car again, I would not hesitate to use Door to Door, and I am happy to recommend them.
