A prompt response to my inquiry was followed by a call two days later with pickup date. The cost at $845 was less than expected, judging from other reports for similar distance. Trucker called to inform pickup when he expected to arrive. He left such a credible and courteous impression with those from whom the car was picked up that they sent me an Email comment.

Door to Door gave me the truckers cell phone number to enable me to track his progress and provide specific instructions with regard to best local routes to my location. The car was delivered a day earlier than had been expected, to my great delight. Out of half dozen cars I have had forwarded this experience was the most favorable; most timely, straightforward, and least expensive.
