We used Door to Door to move our mini-van from PA to TX. I selected Door to Door after a few weeks of online research and contact with over 15 different transport companies. I eliminated every company with poor reviews and poor BBB ratings. Door to Door met my initial criteria and I was pleased with my phone conversations with JR. They assigned a driver who was courteous, professional and just plain nice. We felt very comfortable with the driver and knew he would deliver the van on-time and without issue. The only issue I found was with communication. However, it was easily resolved and we are very pleased with the service we received form Door to Door. The driver was delayed delivering the van to TX due to an issue in New Orleans, but he called to explain and adjust the delivery time. He actually was quite a bit earlier than expected the next day. We were very pleased overall and would not hesitate to use Door to Door again in the future.
