I used done right to transport my daughters truck from tampa,fl to baltimore,md the only problem I have is I asked them to email me my confirmation # of my payment that was mad by credit card and I never received it then I was told that the truck would be there on monday but it came on sunday so I had to make arrangements for someone to be at the shop where it was being taken to then the driver told me he would be there at 8pm then he said by 11pm then he showed up 3:45am which someone at a mechanic shop had to wait to received the truck that just made things crazy I had to pay the shop extra to wait for the guy cause they were closed so that's my problem I had in the beginning I could get in touch wit the guy @ done right wants I paid I couldn't get no response I emailed the guy danny about 4 times requesting the information I asked for till this day I haven't received it so that's my review on done right
