Darlene did everything I asked of her and more. She was on top of the whole process, communicating with me often and responding to my messages promptly. When waiting for a truck to grab my order was going on long enough for my desires, she got creative in making it happen the same day I asked. Definitely at ease with having Darlene handle my vehicle shipping.
