Darlene was my representative from domestic auto transport. She was quite knowledgeable and spent time with me on the phone discussing what would happen with the car and how it would be transported. When the driver didnt come on time she took the time to call them back and would check up with me frequently to ask me if they came or not. The communication with her was very prompt and made things a lot smoother.
