Naomi was a great contact person, she was very nice and seemed to have a comprehensive understanding of the transportation business. It took longer than the 7-10 days for pickup of my car, closer to about three weeks. The final payout was 200$ more than the original quote as well, but according to Naomi this is because there were no trucks headed to Texas from Maryland and she had to hire someone to drive a little out of their way to get my car. But all that said, in the end my car got here safe and in one piece.
