Domestic Auto Transport provided impeccable customer service. The contracted driver that picked up the vehicle was not the same that dropped the vehicle off. It had been transferred to another driver and truck for delivery. At some point the only key to the rear tailgate lock was broken.

Aside from that issue, Naomi was phenomenal. She was able to coordinate a confirmed pick up in a few hours, something a competitor failed to do for 5 consecutive days and 2 weeks advance notice.
