I called a few different transport places to get a feel about how they treat their customers. I eventually went with Domestic Auto Transport because of Naomi. Her pleasant manner and professional attitude set me at ease with this nerve-racking process of shipping my car from Penn to California.

I was specific with my needs. The car needed to be in an enclosed transport and lifted, not driven up a ramp into the transport because it's only 4" from the ground. Because of the storms during the month of Jan. it was really tricky to find a driver. She worked hard to find me a great driver. The driver was courteous and kept me informed. In the end, the car arrived safely and in the expected condition.

Really, this review is more about the person who kept me informed about my vehicle and made me feel I had the support I needed in case there were any problems during this process. Naomi is the best!
