I thought sheila handled her self in a very informative and professional manner. Everything that she said would happen, did! There were no surprises. I was notified when the vehicle was picked up. I was given a step by step account of where and when the pick up ad delivery was expected.
Sheila knows her stuff. She was very good at explaining what services you all provide on my initial phone call. I called a few other companies after I talked to sheila, and because she explained to me of how the system works and the way it works, is the reason I chose your company.
