This was our family's first experience transporting a vehicle (across the country), so needless to say, there was some anxiety associated with the transaction. The people at DAT were informative, helpful and set realistic expectations for us in terms of what to expect during the process. Email correspondences and phone calls were generally returned promptly. The transporter, Superior Auto Transport, was not a company that DAT has used in the past, but had received excellent reviews from other brokers so we were willing to give them a try. Superior Auto Transport was punctual, professional and F-A-S-T!!! They got our car from CA to VA in 6 days. I was STUNNED by the speed with which they delivered the vehicle. Good communication was maintained from start to finish and the vehicle arrived without incident.
