I just received my Lincoln from Los Angeles today, and am very pleased with the entire transaction. The quote was competitive, the transport time was reasonable, and the pickup and delivery were both done in daylight so me and the driver could both inspect the vehicle in clear light.

Casey kept me informed every step of the way, and DAT did not charge the deposit until the vehicle was picked up, as promised.

My only suggestion would be to improve the online quoting tool to provide more accurate data for SUVs. My car is considered a 4-door, but DAT informed me that it is actually considered an SUV, but this was not totally clear during the quote process, so the price was actually $50 higher than the original quote.

No big deal, but it would have been better to see it up front than informed after receiving the automated quote. Other than that, it was perfect, I have had a car shipped 4 times, and this one was by far the best. Thank you!
