The customer service from Domestic Auto Transport was really great. They always answered promptly and never once put me on hold. Holly was always very helpful and responsive to whatever questions/needs I had. My experience with the actual driver was a little more difficult seeing that he was late in picking up the car; he quoted me 3 different pick up days. But on the plus side it was still deliver on time despite the very late pick-up date. So it was only a matter of frustration over when he would pick it up and but no problem when it came to getting my car on time. I would use them again. I would just make sure my pick-up date was flexible. But the customer service made up for the frustrations with the driver.
