Domestic Auto Transport was great; Holly was very helpful and quickly sorted out the details of my vehicle delivery from Cleveland to Los Angeles. After my vehicle was posted to their preferred brokers, I was less impressed. I ended up needing to drop my vehicle off at the depot since the driver was unable to pick up my vehicle on 3 separate days (there was a medical issue but only for the last day). That was an inconvenience. However, my vehicle was delivered on time so I am quite happy about that. Overall, I'm glad everything worked out and would use Domestic again but would make sure to that the ratings of the transporter was good.
