I found DAP on the web-site which was rated 5 stars with over 1700 reviews. The price is reasonable and I strongly believed " you pay what you get for the service ". The service was excellent but I was unlucky the first time to get an inexperienced broker to handle my case. The broker left the company days after he took my order and no pick up schedule date had been provided. And my car has to be picked up within 2 to 3 days when I found out the broker was gone.
However, I was lucky to have Malia answered my stressful call. I told her what had happened and she knew what she had to do after listening to my stressful plea. Malia immediately get her hands on and told me to hang up my phone so she can start calling for a carrier. She has worked on tight schedule previously and believed she can resolve the issue. I also talked to the owner, Mike; he assured me that I was in good hands with Malia and his company.
True enough, Malia called me later that she found a carrier and I was a "bit relief" at that time. Yesterday, the carrier came to pick up my car on schedule and I can say I am "relief". The drivers were friendly and we are pleased with them. Now..the "total relief" will come after I picked up the car at the other end, Alabama.
But I have to give all credits to Malia for her professionalism and her dedication to get the job done within a short period. She is trustworthy and definitely knowledgeable in her field. I also would like to thank Mike for the great service rendered by his company. Lastly, I would highly recommend Malia and the company to everyone. We are happy and 5 stars to MALIA! Execellent job; keep it up; we need your kind of service. Thanks again, you deserved it.
