Sadao, per our conversation earlier, I am so happy you were satisfied with my customer service and apologize for the help you failed to receive from another rep. Our goal here is to provide the best possible customer service experience! Unfortunately, we don't have control over the carriers and their delays but can do the best we can to communicate the issues.
