This was my first experience using an auto transporter. After researching the company I chose Domestic Auto Transport over the other 2 contenders due to their direct (confirmable) answers and their customer support. They explained the same driver tranports the vehicle from pick-up to delivery. They also explained how cost affects pick-up time so I could assess trade-offs. I had both the driver's & the dispatcher's contact info to use if needed while car was enroute. I was happy that I got a fair price; my car was delivered early & in great condition. DD
