Good broker service

When transporting a vehicle, the broker presumably uses only certified, insured, reliable, experienced transport services. When selecting a broker, you have no knowledge of the transport company being sub-contracted to move your car. In my recent experience, the car was moved safely and I was grateful. The pick-up process was fine. After that, I was frustrated with the driver's lack of communication. I realize that moving a car is not a systematic process like FedEx. The trucks are picking up and dropping off cars all along the route. The driver called me only once. I called him every time. English was not his primary language. It was worse over the phone than in person. I wasted almost an entire day awaiting his arrival and the time kept getting pushed out. Finally at 1am, I got my car. Communication is lacking.

The broker, Cassandra Christopher, was very good. A pleasure to work with.
