We contacted Domestic Auto Transport after reviewing this site about moving our sons truck to California. We told Nova as much as possible about the size of the truck, it was a monster, the first truck to show arrived late, took one look and said it's too big and left? No reason given. Second truck never showed? Nova and Allen kept on trying for us. Third truck came and the driver atleast tryed to put it on the trailer, this is when we found out what the first driver was talking about. He showed us where it was too big and told us what we could do. Nova and Allen seen the pictures we took and we made the changes per the driver. WE called Nova and told her the new size and within 2 days we had another truck show up and the driver was able to get it on the trailer with no problems. He told us to expect delivery and to call him with any questions. We called nova and told her it's finally on it's way and sent her pictures of it leaving. If we had to ship another vehicle we wouldn't hesitate to call on her again. We seen someone looking for a person to ship their sons truck to Washington so we recommened Nova to her also! Nice friendly team to work with.
