Overall we had a very good result from transporting our vehicle. I would definitely recommend Domestic Auto Transport. One thing to note is that there are some cases where the cars can not be picked up "at your door" due to where you live. We were told that it would be door to door service. The carrier was able to get fairly close to our house (2 blocks), however originally we were told that he would not be able to get there and we would have to meet him somewhere with our car. We have two children and the pick up was late at night, so we would have had to get our children out of bed in order to drive to this other location to drop off the car. Thankfully it worked out, but up until he called to say where he was we did not know whether we were going to have to get the children out of bed or not. Please make sure to ask this question. We did not and we were not told it was a possiblity that it wouldn't be a door to door transfer. Other than that, everything worked out. The car was picked up on time and delivered on time. Customer Service was knowledgeable and helpful. Very good company to work with - only the one criticism above.
