Look no further than DAT and relieve the stress now! Dealing with auto transport brokers is just another stress added to any military move; especially when shipping a car is by choice and not through the military JPPSO. My 78 Jeep CJ7 is my baby and has been in my family for 32 years but it just can't make a transcontinental move...but I have put all my faith in DAT because their employees put the extra effort into meeting customer expectations as well as still maintaining their business goals. As customers, we forget they (auto brokers and companies) have a bottom line too but when they obviously go out of their way to meet our needs and throw their financial objectives to the side to make it happen; it says something! When I talked to Allen, it felt "right" and that my vehicle and I were important to him and his fellow staff. It wasn't because I'm military either and that makes customers feel comfortable (I don't think he even knew that until we sealed the deal either). He even has his business line forwarded to his house line so he can answer immediate questions or provide help to his customers...who else does that? It made me feel even more important to hear his kids playing in the background when he answered my call....it says he is a family man and can still help customers while being "Dad." Domestic Auto Transport has my seal of approval and that says a lot coming from an Army Transporter; they will always move my Jeep on any military move from here on out!
