Hello Cindy......I am so so sorry you have not received your rebate check yet...I just checked the notes in your order and it was not until April 9 that we received the signature page (part of the rebate process that generates your check) and I have no idea why it did not come in to our system when you placed your review in February. I immediately turned this over to our general manager and your check will be in the mail within the next few days. Again, please accept our apologies and if for some reason you do not get your check in 10 days.....please let me know. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Malia/Sales Manager 360-834-6013
