Chris was very efficient in doing his part, which was locating a rational carrier and negotiating the financial aspect– considering both parties' requests. There were a few fluctuations on the availability of the carrier and fees, however, Chris made sure that both parties agreed on the same terms. Also, as soon as the transaction was completed, he did a follow up and made sure that everything was taken care of effectively.
