Overall, this company was good considering the many other companies I contacted. This was my first time using a auto transport company and my car was going from Hawaii to Florida, so I was nervous because of the horror stories I have heard. Well, there were a few issues I had with the transaction: 1) I was told that my balance would be $500 when the truck dropped my car off in Florida but it ended up being $566. 2) I understand the car would be dirty especially on the outside but the inside was so dirty as if the car went from California to Florida with all the windows open and there were black marks on my front seats as well.

I guess this experience could have been worse and I am not completely dissatisfied with it but I am definitely dissappointed about the hidden cost I had to pay in the end.

Thank you for the review Jamie and I am so sorry the windows were left down in your car, I will inform the carrier of this. I just checked your order and the balance owed to the carrier clearly states $566 not $500 as I told you on the phone, I apologize for the confusion. MALIA 360-834-6013
