Domestic Auto Transport, I am very, very impressed.

I was led on to this company by D and J's Used Cars in Ruthersfordton N.C. They highly recommended them to which I thank them.
Having never used this type of service before, I was cautious and unsure. I had the total pleasure of dealing with Malia who was just so patient, polite and answered all of my questions.( I think twice) Needless to say I had many. There wasn't one question she didn't answer, and her help and advice for this first timer was excactly what I needed.
I by no means made it easy for her but, boy oh boy she made it easy for me. She was awesome. Not only was my order picked up earlier than expected, the set up the driver had for hauling vehicles was first class. My bike was soft strapped down and not crammed in tight with any other vehicles. The driver called me when he picked up, called me when he was close and even arranged a safe place to leave my bike stored when I missed the Customs office. I have to send thanks to the driver Ken. I don't know if he went above and beyond the call of duty, but man did he have his act together.Thanks for everything Ken, and to Military Towing in Niagara Falls New York. Thank you. You guys were too cool!
The communication with Malia was equally impressive. I was informed the whole way through and when I did call with more questions I was accomodated. When Malia wasn't available I was helped by Holly, who was also awesome, patient and informed. A big thanks to you Holly as well.
Look people, having never done this before, I didn't know what to expect. I just can't see how this could have possibly went any better. From start to finish, this was top notch.
I can't see myself using any other companies after the way I was treated with Domestic Auto Transport. They will be the one I call.
