The overall experience was good and the my mini van came in good shape.
But there was an increase in price of $100.
The mini van was delivered right in to my apartment.
The Customer support was good, they promptly answered my questions.

Dhinesh, I'm so glad you were happy with your customer service experience. Every category was a 5 star!! Not sure why it came up as a 3 star but I am pleased that everything went smoothly and we both worked together to get this moved, considering I took $100 off my end as well.
