My initial contact with this company could not have been better. Malia, on the other end, was friendly, helpful and took the time to explain the process to me. She efficiently took my information and from there I waited for a call to have my car picked up in New York with a Wisconsin destination.

Because of the severe winter weather in the northeast and midwest this year, it took quite awhile for a transporter to arrange a pick up and transport the car. But throughout the wait, I heard from Malia and together we decided that we had to slightly increase the price that was originally negotiated. In the end, the company that picked up the car was extremely professional and the car arrived in four days. The pickup and delivery was quite smooth.

This was my second car being tranported, but the first time using Domestic Auto Transport. I would definitely use them again when and if I have another car to transport.
