Overall, we were satisfied with the car transport company. Unfortunately, due to the snowstorms, shipping was delayed and our car was picked up one week later than our requested date. We also had to increase our quoted price to ensure a faster delivery as requested by the driver. The company did split the cost of the increase requested by the driver which was nice of them.
