Holly and the associates who answered our calls to Domestic Auto were always positive, friendly and helpful. You will always get a person to speak with when you call. No message machines or lengthy holds. When I had questions, I was never told that someone would call me back. Their service was prompt and efficient. I really felt that Domestic Auto was service oriented and accessible.
